This Privacy Policy explains how BillingBaba ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, admin dashboard, POS, kitchen tools, and online storefronts (the "Services").

1. Who we are BillingBaba is a multi-tenant restaurant software platform. Restaurant owners ("Restaurants") use our tools to manage menus, orders, staff, and payments. End customers of a Restaurant may place orders through that Restaurant's storefront hosted on our platform.

2. Information we collect Account & restaurant data: name, email, phone, business name, address, GST/tax details, and login credentials. Staff data: names, emails, roles, and permissions created by the Restaurant. Order & operational data: menu items, tables, KOTs, inventory, online orders, loyalty phone numbers, and related timestamps. Payment data: subscription billing via Razorpay; storefront payments may use the Restaurant's Razorpay keys or UPI ID. We do not store full card numbers. Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, cookies, and usage logs. Storefront customer data: name, phone, email, delivery address, and order notes (controlled by the Restaurant).

3. How we use information To provide and improve the Services; authenticate users; process subscription payments; provide support; investigate abuse; and comply with law.

4. Restaurants as data controllers for guest orders Guest order data is controlled by the Restaurant. BillingBaba processes it to run the storefront on their behalf.

5. Sharing We share data with cloud providers (Firebase/Google Cloud), payment processors (Razorpay), and vendors needed to run BillingBaba. We do not sell personal information.

7. Data retention While the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal requirements.

8. Security Encryption in transit, access controls, and security rules. No system is 100% secure.

9. Your choices Update settings in the dashboard or contact support@billingbaba.com for access, correction, or deletion requests.

10. Children Not directed to children under 18.

11. Changes We may update this Policy; continued use means acceptance.
