These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of BillingBaba by restaurant businesses and their authorised staff ("you", "Restaurant"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service BillingBaba provides cloud software for restaurant operations: POS/billing, menu management, kitchen display (KOT), online storefront/QR ordering, staff roles, inventory, loyalty (plan-dependent), and related tools. Features depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts & eligibility Provide accurate business information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and staff logins. Keep passwords confidential. You must be legally able to operate a food business in your jurisdiction.

3. Plans, trials & billing Paid plans renew per the plan you select. Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. Trials convert as configured unless cancelled per our Refund Policy. Platform fees are charged via Razorpay or other processors. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice for renewals.

4. Restaurant storefront & customer orders Orders are between the customer and the Restaurant. You are solely responsible for food safety, fulfilment, pricing, taxes (including GST), customer refunds, and customer support. Online payments may settle to your Razorpay account or UPI ID. BillingBaba is not a party to the sale of food/beverages.

5. Acceptable use Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, upload malware, scrape or attack the platform, violate law, infringe IP, spam, or process illegal content.

6. Content & menus You retain rights to your menus, logos, and business content and grant us a licence to host and display it to provide the Services. You confirm you have rights to all uploads.

7. Third-party services Integrations (Firebase/Google Cloud, Razorpay, printers, browsers) are subject to their own terms.

8. Availability & support We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support: support@billingbaba.com.

9. Intellectual property BillingBaba software and branding remain our property. You receive a limited licence during an active subscription.

10. Suspension & termination We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or Terms violations. Cancel per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Disclaimers THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BillingBaba SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES YOU PAID US IN THAT PERIOD.

13. Indemnity You will indemnify us from claims arising from your restaurant operations, content, customer orders, taxes, payment misconfiguration, or Terms violations.

14. Governing law Laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

15. Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
